Our mission is to provide a place for youth and adults to improve health and knowledge of self through martial art practice.

Prospective Students:

We will answer all of your questions at the time of your interview.

New Students:

All students must show up to class on time. 

Students must give 24 hour notice to cancel and reschedule lesson.

You will need to bring a notebook and pen for notes with you to every class. 

Please do not wear street shoes into the wu guan (school).  Students may wear martial art shoes or go barefoot. Only wear you martial art shoes indoors please. 

Wear clothes that are comfortable and do not hinder range of motion.  Consider wearing something that you might wear to the gym, shorts are fine.  No jeans or skirts please.

For your own safety -do not carry keys or sharp objects in your pockets during class.
